The first form of Lakshmi is Adi Lakshmi, the
Primordial Lakshmi. There are two different mantras that helps us invoke this
form of Lakshmi.
The first one we have already learned on my YouTube
channel:
OM SHRIM MAHA LAKSHMIYEI SWAHA
“Om and Salutations to Maha Lakshmi,” she is
depicted as both the spouse of Vishnu and Shakti of Shiva in the Lakshmi
Astakam.

OM
VISHESHITA GUNA ATMIKAYEI NAMAHA
“Om and Salutations to the Divine Mother who is
the embodiment of spiritual virtues, and whom l invoke now.”
