Mantra to Destroy Misery

Today’s mantra is a mantra from the Devi Mahatmya, or Hym to the Glory of the Goddess. A Hindu religious text describing the Goddess as the supreme power and creator of the universe. It is part of the Markandeya Purana.

Today verses describes Divine Mother as the destroyer of Misery and protects the helpless.

The mantra is:

SARANGATA DINARTA
PARTI-TRANA YARA YANE
SARVA SYARTI HARE DEVI
NARAYANI NAMOSTUTE

For those who see refuge in you, you are the destroyer of misery who protects the helpless. Salutations to you as the divine power.
