Mantra for Spiritual Evolution

This is the great 12-syllabed mantra of Vishnu for liberation. It’s a mukti or liberation mantra.
It brings us to realization of one’s own self as transcendental divinity in a form.
Consistent use of this mantra will bring us closer to being free of the eternal cycle of death and rebirth with the purpose of paying karma, thus a great by product of this mantra is that it helps us clear karma.
The mantra revolves around the spine purifying the chakras: they get energized as the mantra pulls spiritual energy through the spine
Mantra used in Kriya Yoga to enhance certain kriyas (sequence of movements)
It has also been used by many sages ans swamis of India, like Swami Kripalunanda
It can also help bring and advanced spiritual soul when chanted during pregnancy.
Bhagavate is individual in the process of becoming divine, and Bhagavanis when it has become divine.

The mantra is:
OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA
OM                       Sanskrit symbol representing the creation of the Universe
NAMO                 I salute and honor you.
BHAGAVATE    Individual in the process of becoming divine
VASUDEVAYA Indweller, divine substance, knower of all, with the masculine suffix

Mantra to Restore Vital Force

Namaste, and welcome to my blog once more.

Today we will be learning a new Hanuman Mantra. Like I said in the last blog, Hanuman mantras work with the Prana or life force.

This is a really good mantra when we need strength, when we are feeling week, and low in energy. It is perfect to add to a healing mantra discipline to boost healing. It brings up the vital force, especially when we are chanting for someone older.

The mantra is:
OM SRI MAHA BALA PARA KRAMAYA NAMAHA
OM                          Sanskrit symbol representing the creation of the Universe
Sri                            Title of reverence.
MAHA BALA         Adjectives for Hanuman (great /baby )
PARA KRAMAYA Aspect of Hanuman
NAMAHA               I salute and honor you
This Hanuman mantra will help us produce strength through the life force.

Mantra for Strength & Agility

Namaste, and welcome one more time to my blog!

Today we will learn about Hanuman.

He is the Lord of the wind, and his power is strength, he is undefeatable. He controls prana, the breath of life.

When we work with prana, we can eradicate unpleasant health conditions in our life. That’s why Hanuman mantras are so healing.

OM HUM HANUMATE VIJAYAM
OM                      Sanskrit symbol representing the creation of the Universe
HUM                   Seed sound for the throat chakra, also associated with Hanuman.
HANUMATE     Name of the deity or principle
