Vishnu Avatar: RAMA, the Divine Lila (Play)


The job of destroying Ravana and Kumbaka and performing other divine chores would fall to the seventh Avatar of Vishnu, Rama. When he was about to make his appearance, it was determined that the entire spiritual energy needed for the full manifestation of rama would not be contained in a single form. The consciousness and power would , instead, be placed in several forms and carried simultaneously by all of the during the encarnation of the seventh Avatar. He was placed as the son of a kingly family of virtue and twosisters birthed Rama, Lakshmana, Shatrugna and Bharata. All of tem together constituted one consciousness and are jointly the seventh Avatar.
The Sadhaka Vishwamitra asks Rama to help himdestroy deamosn, the Rakahskas
Due to a promise to Bharata’s mother, Rama’s father proclaims Bharata King and sends Rama to exhile for 14 years, along with Sita and his loyal brother Lakshmana. There he finds Ravana, who kidnaps Sita. Hanuman came to the rescue so that Rama was able to defeat him. After that th kingdom was restored to him.

Vishnu Avatar: PARASURAMA, the Divine Anchorite (Hermit)


Parasurama, the sixth avatar, that the first human avatar made an appearance. This wandering sadhu carried a large ax and was possessed of supramundane abilities Parasurama was the destroyer of evil kings, the Kshatriyas, which had taken over the majority of territories and kingdoms of the earth, and who held the common people in servitude and bondage with cruelty.
For many years Parasurama wandered from place to place seeking out the local ruling king and ultimately separating his body from his head in the name of spiritual rectification of human affairs. Because he was endowed with divine power, no army nor any single warrior could keep him from his deadly rounds.
After many years all but two of the evil tyrants had been defeated. They were Ravana and his brother, Kumbarnaka, two exceedingly powerful demonic personalities. In the celestial spheres, it was decided that Parasurama’s mission was concluded, even though the two tyrants remained. The job of destroying them and performing other divine chores would fall to the following Avatar of Vishnu

Vishnu Avatar: VAMANA, the Divine Dwarf


The fifth Avatar of Vishnu, Vamana, the Divine Dwarf. King Bali was a non-religious human who had developed magical powers and used them for fulfillment of egotistic desires. He took control of Earth except for one problem he couldn’t solve. Vamana offerd to solve it but requested a piece of land that could be encompassed in 3 steps. The 1st step covered the Earth, the 2nd the Heavens, and the 3rd took Bali’s head.



The mantra is:

Vishnu Avatar: NARASIMHA, the Divine Man-Lion


The fourth Avatar of Vishnu, Narasimha, the Divine Man-Lion. Appeared as a half human/half lion to save Bhakta Prahalad from the terrible deamon Hiranya Kashapu.
Bhakta Prahalad requested distruction of deamon Hiranya Kashapu, so a new mantra was created and numberless sages in a nameless realm, utterly devoted to Narayana and blessed by him, began to chant this mantra.

The mantra is:

OM KSHRAUM NASASIMHAYA NAMAHA
